Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed, some custom items may take up to 3-5 days to ensure I have enough time to communicate with you any customizations that you’ve requested for your product.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled it will be placed in the "ready to ship" pile, all packages will be shipped the next business day. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info.

As soon as your package has reached the post office it becomes their responsibility, Decal Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All Packages are shipped via. USPS sent from Washington state.

Refunds & cancellations

I do not offer Refunds, exchanges or cancellations. The only exception to this is in the case of missing or incorrect items.

If you have received a package with missing items or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via. Email at

Any damaged items due to carrier mishandling may be handled through filling a claim with USPS. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any questions or concerns please fill out the form on the "contact us" page.

If in the case your order was cancelled

- If your address shows as invalid while processing your order the order will be canceled as it is your responsibility to ensure the information you filled out is correct.

- If your package was returned to me by the post office, your order will be refunded.

- If while processing your order i receive a "High risk of Fraud" notification, your order will be cancelled

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to send in your return after contacting us within the 24 hour period 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
